HDPE (high-density polyethylene) is polyethylene obtained at low pressure. There are three main ways to obtain low-pressure polyethylene:

  • the reaction in suspension
  • reaction in solution
  • polymerization in the gas phase

The polyethylene of the first type of its obtaining is manufactured without additives and with dyes and stabilizers. The gas-phase option of this material is produced in the shape of compositions with stabilizers.
