HIGH-DENSITY POLYETHYLENE
HDPE (high-density polyethylene) is polyethylene obtained at low pressure. There are three main ways to obtain low-pressure polyethylene:
- the reaction in suspension
- reaction in solution
- polymerization in the gas phase
